Family Prayer for Vocations
Our Father, in heaven, through Jesus Christ Your beloved Son, we pray that You bless our family with generosity to encourage religious vocations.  We pray that many will respond by serving You as priests, brothers, sisters, and deacons. Bless our priests, deacons and religious and keep them faithful to You.  Amen.

Family Vocation Prayer
Loving God, each member of our family is a special gift from you.  You have given each of us gifts and talents so that we may enjoy life but also so we can share them with others.  Generous and loving people are needed for service and leadership in our church, especially priests and religious sisters.  If my child is called to a religious vocation, give me the words to encourage and the prudence to do so without pressure.  If I am called to a religious vocation, help me to have the courage to follow your call for I know this is where I will find my true happiness.  Help each member of our family know how to encourage and support one another so we can all respond generously to becoming the kind of people you want us to be.  We know that you are with us each step of the way.  Help us to trust in you more fully.  We ask this through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
